I received an error when I tried to run this command. Did I do it wrong? I went to terminal and selected run command and typed in exactly what was shown. This is the error I received:

I'm running Leopard with the new airport extreme and it has a external drive connected to it wirelessly...

Strange. It gives me that error message but it actually ended up working for me...

Huh. Good to know as my network/disk setup isn't set up yet.

I'm still a little nervous about using a workaround to run Time Machine, given how crucial this aspect of using any computer is. I sure wish Apple would NAIL DOWN using Time Machine to an Airport disk...
