SuperDuper Email

For some reason my superduper keeps on giving me errors, can anyone dicipher this message?

I found that ShirtPocket's tech support was very responsive. E-mail them for a sensible response within 24 hours.

Is your target drive formated for Mac or are you using Fat32 formating? I know when I tried to back up a large file, finder choked while using Fat32.
