Sweet apple experiences

So i brought my iMac in for a repair a while ago at the Yorkdale (Superdrive problems), and I went in to pick it up a few days later.

I wait a while and finally the guy brings my mac out. But as he is walking through the door, he bangs my imac on the door frame leaving a mark on the case.

You could see the look in his face that he knew he had messed up big time. He goes back into the back, comes out and says: "So I can either repair the entire case, which will take a couple days, or give you free applecare"

I took the applecare ($199)

what's your sweet apple experience?

Hopefully they make a record that they damaged it in the history... lest you come back with a claim and they say "Well, the case is damaged... user abuse, no warranty."

Good to see they're forthcoming and didn't try and rip you off with it, though.

I had blotches in my old iBook G4 screen that they replaced, no questions asked.
