I'm using Shaw Cable and an extreme wireless basestation and extreme airport card. Are these good or bad numbers?? I have no idea what I "should" be getting with shaw and the wireless extreme setup.

yup, that's good... i max out at around 350k/sec download, and 50k/upload on rogers highspeed..

those speeds are as nice as you can ask for. the wireless seems to have a nice signal where you've put it. my house in Toronto has some issues with signal strength back, and I can't even see the base station from everywhere in my house (however, it works fine in the backyard and driveway).

Thats pretty horrible, you should get a 56k Modem! Those are fast!
