Performance improvements, coherence, spotlight search and fast one click access within OS X of recently used Windows programs, improves boot camp support, improved DVD/CD drive support, improved key remapping and lots more. I particularly like the fast access of recently used Windows applications.

NEW! USB 2.0 support - “Plug and play” popular USB devices like external hard drives, printers, scanners and USB 2.0 web cameras, and use them at full native speed.
I'm pretty sure that this build (3120) has been available for at least a week. I downloaded it some time at the beginning of the week and found that it works very well. And the "coherence mode" really works. I read somewhere that Apple has no plans to get into virtualization in Leopard (as opposed to whatever you call the Boot Camp approach), so it's great that Parallels keeps improving this product.

This version of Parallels has been out since the 10th of January. I received notification of an update on the 13th so you've gotta admit my post timing here wasn't too bad
And I agree with what you said about Parallels coherence. That feature is just outrageous! And we must not forget about VMWare. Personally I don't think VMWare is going to even be able to touch Parallels.
