SpamSieve & Windows

I'm about to get SpamSieve for my Mac, to help with the deluge of SPAM I get every day. I was wondering if it's the right pick, or if there is another utility I should get. Also, what software should my Windows friend get? (besides OSX, of course ) He's running Outlook on "Windows XP, Home Edition, Version 2002" I'm assuming 2002 refers to Outlook...

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Have you tried SpamBayes? It's similiar in idea, in that it uses a Bayesian system to help filter spam. I haven't personally used it in over a year since I haven't had any PCs to use SpamBayes with, but had great success with it when it was being used.

Thanks Chealion. I think I'm going to stick with SpamSieve for myself, but my friend needs something completely idiot-proof (he's a bit older and not very tech-inclined). SpamBayes looks a bit too complicated to install for him.

Any other filters he could check out?

Suite Edit - The install is the "hard" part. Afterwards it's similar to SpamSieve in marking whether it's good/ham or bad/spam. That said, you just have to decide the inbox as good, and a spam mailbox as hard and it's pretty simple after that.
