ehMac sets out to be a positive online community for Canadian Mac users to discuss all things Mac. Once you register, you become a "New Neighbour" where you may begin participating in various forums and areas on the community such as "Anything Mac" and the "Trading Post" etc... After a certain level of involvement (30 posts), you automatically graduate to becoming a "Full ehMac Citizen". ehMac Citizens are encouraged to be a positive force in the community. ehMax, the community Mayor, frowns upon citizens who are extremely negative. ehMax may edit messages that contain offensive material. The mayor does really enjoy civil debates and lively discussions however! There's really just one main rule at ehMac: Be Nice!

you know they do have copies of this floating around from shows.
i think most things that go down on the internet are generally about 50% illegal.
if i were trying to sell it than i would see a problem, but am just willing to let people try it out. And in the end, all it does is give people a sneak peek into something they are bound to purchase.

so sorry, i do not share you same moral values, nor do i really see a problem.

But if you prefer to not see these things mentioned than get a mod to remove my postings and then problem solved.

Glad to see you also discard common sense with your moral values.

extremely uneducated response.

Everyone has different views on the piracy of software etc. I made a dmg from a released copy from the confrence that was given to me. The person who recieved it also did not pay for it.

It's not like i am here giving away copies of adobe software or other expensive software illegally. it was a released build of 10.5 leopard. No monitary value was attached to this software in the begining as to the fact it is not finished yet. is basically fot testing.

I have my own opinions when it comes to pirating software that i really don't feel like getting into. I just wonder how many of you download mp3's with programs like solarseek etc. how many of you are using pirated versions of windows etc.

So i do not feel bad in anyway sharing something for free that was released by apple at the wwdc confrence for free. now how exactly does that effect my common sense?

sadponyguerillaboy, it's common sense to know your audience. This is not the place for offering to 'share' an Apple OS. If you haven't figured out before that it's inappropriate on ehMac, you should have, and now it's been spelled out for you.

I think sadponyguerillaboy avatar looks like Kevin Rose of Digg.com and Diggnation.

And this thread was started by Craigger.
That I believe is one of the Diggnation Audio/Video Tech/Roadies.

Anyway to put this tread back on track.
Are you waiting just to save the cost of going from Tiger to Leopard?
$149 ???
