10.3 Panther is a good OS, for sure.
My last iBook was 10.3, and it was great. I'm on 10.4 Tiger now, but I've never considered it a "must have" upgrade.

What's wrong with Jayware? It's a perfectly good surname.

As to the OS....I have used OS 9 (and earlier versions) as well as OS 10.2 and 10.3.
Tiger (10.4) is definitely better than all of those in that it runs faster (maybe not the animal) than the others and somehow seems cleaner software, especially the latest release.
