I wonder; will the reviews sometimes come in direct reaction to forum-generated product enquiry threads or just whenever someone on staff feels particularly happy/sad about something they've just bought?

And... more importantly... who gets the free product swag?

how are negative reviews going to be handled as they could adversely affect sales at the stores? will we only see moderate or positive reviews?
