Apple store return policy question

Hey All,

I recently bought a refurbished iMac intel 19"
It's just over two weeks (2 days actually) but I realized I made a bad decision.
Any chance the apple store will let me exchange the product for a mac book?

how liberal are they with their return policy?

Firstly you mean a 20" I think and secondly I highly doubt that they will exchange it now. One sure way to find out is call and ask. The longer you put it off the less likely they will be co-operative. I'd be interested to know the outcome.

I would have to agree with JPL but... I would go in person to apple and actually speak with someone face to face, you never know you might get lucky

I had bought headphones last year and after 3 weeks didn't like them, called them and said I wanted to exchange them for a 20" Cinema (it was 999) at the time...they had absolutely no problem with that.
