Question

Hello,

I received a thank you note from Apple for registering my recently purchased ibook. It includes an offer for 12 free issues of MacWorld magazine. I'm sure some of you are familiar with this e-mail from Apple.

What I find interesting about this e-mail is the fact that I bought my iBook in June 2002. I suppose that is considered recent?

Yep, I got a year of MacWorld with my G4, then 3 months of MacHome when I registered my old Lombard, and now I got 3 months of MacAddict because of my iBook. =) =)

Wow, does that mean there's hope that I may get my magazines after all? I bought a brand new Sawtooth in August 2000 and a new Pismo May 2001. I registered both machines and opted for the magazines but have yet to receive anything.

But I'm not bitter.... heck no.

Did any of you take the electronic version of the mag with Zinio Reader like I did?

Cheers

I got the digital version too. I can read it on all of my computers, and if I really want to read it on the throne, I just print off a few pages.

I still haven't received my free subscription from registering by TiPowerbook 400 MHz. Or my Apple IIc if I remember correctly.

I registered my LCD monitor and G4 MDD back in September and got my first issues of MacWorld and Mac Addict early this month. So be patient, they do come ...eventually.
