G3 iMac Price check

Model # 406
PowerPC G3 500Mhz
192MB of RAM
ATI RAge 128Pro Video card - 16MB of RAM
20GB Maxtor HD
Integrated Network and Modem (Network works fine since I got the system
on the web thru my home network without any problems)
CDROM
Original mouse and Keyboard
20GB external LaCIE Firewire drive
MAC OS 9.2 (in French)

Around how much should this be worth? And would it run OS X ok?

What colour is it?

Some 500Mhz models are worth more... but they are usually DV or SE. This doesn't appear to be.

I'd say $250 if it's in excellent condition, but a real selling point would be to add more RAM so Tiger is possible. I bumped my G3s to 1GB, so might have some chips for you if you want.

HowEver, I'd be interested in some RAM for B&W G3. I could use some 256MB DIMMS.

Okay, I'll go through my RAM stash within a day or so and post an answer.

If I asked the seller the colour, would that tell me what model it is?
