I just went and got a second hard drive for my G5 (Seagate Barricuda (ST3120026AS) and the installation was easy.

For those G5 owners, this is a quiet and fast drive, and installation is easy. A great addition.

Jut thought I'd mention it. =)

I wanna put a RAID in my Dual G5 because I've noticed the HD being a bottleneck.

It's a 120 Gb drive, with an 8 Mb. cache, and it cost 145.00 plus tax.

I needed a second drive for digital audio, and it's just fine for that.
