PowerMac G5 Quad = 4 core's running at 2.5GHz each...
XBOX 360 = 3 core's running at 3.2GHz each...
PowerMac Total = 10GHz
Xbox 360 Total = 9.6GHz
Both are PowerPC G5 Processors...
what's the point of this?
Well... why didn't apple use the 3.2GHz chips instead of the 2.5GHz chips??
like if the XBOX 360 can run 3 cores that fast in such a little size.. why couldn't a PowerMac G5 do it?
Also didn't Steve Jobs PROMISE us a 3GHz PowerMac a few years ago?
i just dont get it...
oh well either way.. both are looking to be pretty sweet products!!
