1. Video iPod, with emphasis on using iTunes music videos AND home movies made with camcorders and digicams. Nothing at all on extended film content.

how about this: the first line of intel machines. sure, they said over two years or so... but that wouldn't be a surprise if it was REALLY two years. Everyone would get one if it was a surprise... and it would be the biggest shocker if the PBs were the first intel machines out....
