What speakers do you use for your (unclutered) Mini?

Looking to upgrade my TFT but most don't have built-in speakers. I have found that the Benq FP91E did but they are only 2W... So, if I stick with my plan to buy a slick Samsung 193P, what speakers should I get? At present I have a very uncluttered desk with bluetooth everything... Ideas?

HK champaign speakers, they sound great and don't take up much desk space. The sub on the other hand is big enough.

This is what I have - not much out there that compares as far as sound quality - they have other great options that people don't often know about - a little pricey, but more than worth it

I'm planning to get the Creative i-Trigue too for my room, and move my Creative Inspire 7.1 speakers to the living room.

I'm still a huge fan of Creative even though their sound cards and audio players aren't compatible with Mac. My Creative speakers speak for themselves, they were worth keeping and I got the Creative DDTS-100 audio processor to use with them.

I have the iTrigue 3400's [silver and black in colour]. I wanted a small clear 2.1 setup and am very happy with them.

The 2.1 JBLs suck in comparison to the Klipsch 2.1's. If I was rich I would have purchased the 5.1's. I really wanted them but couldn't justify spending 600 dollars on them either.

mmm 160 rms.

awww I love my Klipsch's. You so need to get them. Great highs and lows. The sub woofer has amazing power and doesn't sound distorted when the volumn is set to high. A very nice set to get and for about the same price of the JBL's which are nothing and I mean NOTHING in comparison to the Klipsch's. Infact, when I looked at the JBL's the salesman said, "No! If you want decent computer speakers they are damn good, but if you want home theatre quality sound coming from your computer you need to hear these babies (Klipsch's)."

And so I did.

Sorry it was the Harmon Kardon sound sticks I was looking at not the JBLs. It was the Harmon Kardon's that sounded like crap.

Which is odd because HK is usually known for its superior sound. Well I guess that only goes with their home theatre lineup because they also did the speakers for my G3 iMac and it was nothing special.
