Question Good open source Groupware for OS X

Hey all,

Is there any open source (or freeware) groupware that works with iCal and Address Book in OS X? I know I could just install a bunch of open source stuff using fink or the sources off the site, but is there anything that works nicely and has all the necessities included? If not, what exactly do I need to make such a solution?

Thanks guys,
