Does anyone have a suggestion for quick and easy content management for a news-oriented website?

Please don't mention Contribute. It may be easy, but it isn't quick.

Also, I have no problem creating a website. I just don't have to have to maintain it.

The best solution would be something that is database-based. You can have the results displayed in reverse chronilogical order, have expire dates/times, etc. There are probably a variety of PHP+MySQL solutions that are available through the web.
