Since there are several people in this community who have extensive Mac experience, I thought this would be a great place to get some suggestions.

I have been in IT for over 10 years ... I have been thinking about a change and am exploring different areas of interest. I purchased a Mac almost a year ago and have become very enthusiastic about promoting it's many benefits to others. I see myself being involved with troubleshooting and helping people get more from their Macs ... at this point, I am less interested in selling them. I think there is more potential from a services standpoint compared to retail.

While I am trying to learn as much as I can from various sources ... the web, books, magazines ... are there any courses out there (either offered by Apple or others) which anyone would recommend?
