Since 84 - I thought about that recipe issue too which is why I used the aka - with Everything Else and then the Kitchen moniker I figured it would be clear enough and still give us the Kitchen kitsch [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Kitchen Table I think suffers the same issue with food association....Kitchen Cabal might work but it's SUCH a horrible pun.

Perhaps the Hot Stove League ( sounds familiar) or the Salmon Flingers Ball? Xanadu ( naw too peaceful) [img]tongue.gif[/img]

"Everything Else"
is so clear I think for sure it needs to be that plus perhaps a humorous modifier.
Like
"C'mon in, put your feet up, set a while"
or
"Canada's own reality show"
or
"The Mad Chatters Tea Party"
or
The Great Canadian Kitchen..... where neighbors meet"
or
????

I think the easy name plus a modifier that is somehow Canadian

Maybe "Everything Else eh"

Mr. Mayor, I second what Macdoc said about better names and focus for the forums we already have. Sometimes the Mac stuff appears in Community Centre and sometimes discussiions sprout in
town Hall. In fact, Town Hall sounds like the place where discussions should be.)

I like the Anything Mac and Canadian Kitchen names -- they give a better idea of what to expect and where to post. (Though I'd go for Canadian Kitchen Table as a name --that's where all the best discussions take place in my family -- Canadian Kitchen has overtones of recipe exchanges )
