Where to Find New Battery for MacBook Pro 17" Unibody (Early/Mid 2009)

My MacBook Pro 17" Unibody (Early/Mid 2009) could use a new battery. The battery still works but it doesn't hold the charge it once did (I've had it for 2 years as I bought it as a refurb just as the i3/i5 processors came out). Does anyone know of a good place to order a fresh battery for this model in Canada? I would get it from iFixit but I fear the duties and brokerage fees!

Thanks for your suggestions!

Edit: A Mid '09 MBP doesn't have a user-serviceable battery (technically speaking) as far as I know. My original suggestion isn't relevant any longer.

I am going to swap the battery out myself. It's pretty straightforward. I have had it a part to update the hard drive and the ram and it is very simple to get at the battery. I don't see the option from the Apple Store however probably because they don't consider that work user-serviceable.

You are correct, it's not a user-serviceable part; it also requires a non-standard pentalobe screwdriver.

You could check someplace like OWC and see if they have a Newer Technology battery and the appropriate screwdriver. I know it's still from the States and may have b&d fees.

If Dr Battery makes a replacement, I know Mainly Mac in Markham sells their stuff, at least they regularly stock the MacBook replacements.
