iPad 2 64gb

Does anyone have an idea of what this would be worth?

Warranty til the end of March 2012. Good condition, with accessories and the box.

Hard to say with the new models so temptingly on the horizon!

Yes but what does the new model offer? I have not heard anything earthshaking.

I'd say $100 less than retail at the moment. A lot less once the ipad3 is released.

Thanks for the quote...

As far as the new model goes I would expect to see an upgrade to the camera, retina display, and possibly a different (faster) processor.

But my crystal ball isn't very good when it comes to fruit.

Well, on kijiji, the 3g models sell as low as $700 on average. Also I see people selling the wifi only models for around the same price. I don't know why someone would buy a wifi only model for the same price as a 3g model though.

Price it high, and lower your price if it doesn't sell.

Apple's refurbs with full warranty sell for $100 less than new.

To compete with Apple I think $200 under retail would be fair. But perhaps you should try another forum where people aren't as tech savvy. We know that the new models are coming out late February or early March.

It would have to be a GREAT deal to lure me in before then.

Bearing in mind that nothing is set in stone, the next version of the iPad is "expected" by rumour-mongers to have a doubling of resolution, a quad-core processor*, an improved camera (following the iPhone 4S) and Siri (following the 4S). If they can do all that and keep the price point, I would call that fairly earth-shaking.

*I'm a little skeptical about the quad-core; it would be more like Apple to increase the usable RAM to allow the machine to be faster rather than attempt to out-do Moore's law by doubling processors every 11 months. So far the "other" quad-core machines don't actually run any faster than Apple's A5, so I think they could go "clever" rather than "brute force" this time ... but that's just my WAG.
