I'm just wondering when I do my install then a restore from back up will everything come back like I have it now?
i.e mail, itunes, iphotos
I also figure I will have to reinstall iworks, toast & any other programs I have?

What kind of backup is it? Time Machine? Or Is It a bootable backup? If It's Time Machine, it should be a quite seamless transfer... At least that's what it should be anyway...

Yes my back up is Time Machine.
