FWIW, my experience with Rogers Rocket Stick would move me to Bell. Sporadic to no service on the Via train between Toronto & Montreal, ditto on main highway between Halifax & Sydney N.S. Zero Rogers signal in Cape Breton but strong Bell coverage.
