iPhone warranty scam!!!

Just received TWO emails supposedly from Apple.. both contained only an image with an offer to receive a free one year iPhone warranty extension. "Click here for the free warranty extension".

The fact that it came in two emails told me it was spam.. Apple would never make that mistake.

The fact that the message was in an image told me it was a scam.

The link LOOKS like it goes to apple.com but it does NOT. I did NOT click to go to the link!!

Anyone else get the same message??????

While Apple would certainly make the mistake of sending something twice, I doubt they'd offer it for free.

It's a phishing expedition to get your iphone's IMEI number.
