Any issues with your white iPhone 3GS? (Such as paint turning off white?)

So I'm planning on getting the new iPhone 3GS but I can't decide if I want black or white...I've had my Black 3G for about a year but I can;t decide If i want the change...

So the black is more professional looking but white's kinda cool too.

What I'm wondering tho is, is there any drawbacks to getting the white, I've heard its bad to put t in a coloured case, but also if it scratches does it become off white?

I do plan on putting on a Best Skins Ever BUT there's still dust build up along it.

Any opinions / help would be appreciated.

If you're going to be using a case then why does it matter?

Had my 3gs for 2 weeks now, its in a case but I just took a peek at it and it is still as white as ever.

Also have a white 3g since launch and it looks like new.

Whether you're getting white or black. you MUST get the Zagg InvisibleShield whether or not you're planning to use a case. It'll keep your iPhone looking absolutely mint. So get white, get the InvisibleShield, and you're good to go as it'll prevent discolouration, scratching, etc.

Flipstar, there is word that cheap cases are causing iPhones to discolour, particularily the white one where it is more visible.

Are you backed up??? If so, why? Psyllium Fibre is not free but will do wonders!

I don't think the Invisible Shield is a must. It's a very good product. Just be aware of the possible problems with installation - although I know a bunch of people who've had no problems.
As for the white, I do know a few people who have have the issue with the small hairline cracks near openings on the 3GS. But Apple quickly replaced. As for the colour fading, I've yet to even see a 3G one that has faded. You'll be safe.

With a BSE or Zagg shield, will the skin discolour say if I put it in a black sleeve?
