I'm not sure how many are experiencing this issue but when I have an incoming or outgoing call, the screen shuts off when the phone is close to my ear (which is what its supposed to do). However, when I end a call, or remove it from the proximity of my ear, the phone is still off and it will not go back to the original screen. I can still hear the person talk and nothing is happening on the screen (its like its frozen). The only way to only is to press the sleep button and home bottom. Any thoughts? Thanks!

You probably have a couple days left in the warranty, get it checked asap. Sounds like your motion has gone.
Thanks for the reply! I just recently got the phone (just over a month ago, brand new from Fido). So I still have 300 days left of warranty. If it continues, I'll have to send it back. Thanks!
Is your iPhone in a case? Maybe the case is interfering with the sensor. If you do, try removing it and then test to see if the screen comes back on when you remove it from your ear. This kept happening to me until I figured out that the case was partially blocking my sensor?
