You could mail it in I believe? (and be without a phone for a while)

Plus I'm not sure if they are swapping out cracks...they are cosmetic...they should, but I'm not sure if they are...

Yeah, i called apple about this and they said it was a known issue and that they would replace it for me, or i could go into an apple store. I just cant be without my phone for awhile..

if they wont do it for me, then I am just going to have to deal with not having a phone for a week or so.. which i dont wanna have to deal with.

Gotta pick up a new pack of anti glares though.. since im gonna use the one on my phone currently

If you bought your phone through a dealer, they might have a 'loaner' policy. It's one of the things I ensure when buying that way (although I have spare GSM phones so this doesn't come up).

I just had an iPhone replaced through Rogers. It had dust under the screen and they had no problems replacing it. You call Rogers support, then you go into the Rogers store where they verify the problem. You would then cal Rogers support from the store and they'll send you a new iPhone. Once you get the new iPhone you just put your old iPhone into the box, and send it back.

I live 4 hrs from Toronto, so I got no chance of getting to any Apple store. Through Rogers I didn't have a single day without my iPhone and I could make sure to get the replacement working before shipping out the old iPhone.

This is with Rogers, Fido might do the same thing.

two things I hate:

1.) Apple not getting their **** going/running/working properly
2.) Stupid spam bots telling people on the internet (who are pretty much all male) to buy wedding gowns...
