Jailbreak, then Unbreak, a 3G iPhone?
So, it appears that the only way to change the Signature on your iPhone (With pics and such, not just change the text) is to Jailbreak it and SSH into the phone.

So the question is, if I do this, can I un-Jailbreak the phone after?
