Pros: Looks good, has noise cancellation.
Cons: Bulky, fit isn't that great, expensive.

I seriously considered the Jawbone and ended up getting the Jabra JX-10 instead. If you can afford it I would strongly recommend looking at the BlueAnt Z9. It has dual mics + noise cancellation and is much smaller than the Jawbone. Runs for about 140 on TigerDirect.ca

I have the jawbone. The noise canceling is outstanding. I can be in the car with the windows down and the music on with no issues. The person no the other end says it sounds like there is someone whispering in the background. Like erico said it is bulky though. I will not cancel out noise from direct wind, if your inside your car and the windows are open it's fine though.

I was considering the jabra jx-10 but heard horrible issues with echoing and lousy noise canceling.

I have a question then, the button at the back, not the power button, but the noise shield button. Is it a sensor button or should you be able to press it? My brother just received his and it won't work. No button to press. Should I assume it's defective?

What model are you talking about? Jabra or Jawbone?

Not super familiar with the jawbone. I would make a test call with a blow drier or stove fan running nearby. Try pressing the button and seeing if it makes a difference.

The button is not a touch sensor. you have to press in on the word "jawbone".
