I've finally, after fooling around with this for while, decided on a strategy:
1. Wait for the 1.1.3 update to arrive.
2. Make sure it's stable and A-OK.
3. Verify with the help of forum members that a Stealth/Turbo/somekinda SIM solution CONTINUES to work from 1.1.1 to 1.1.3 (ie doesn't break from updates)
4. Buy one of these Sims and unlock my iPhone for good.
I'm not the most patient fellow, but I can wait for that. |
