Question iTunes not importing Videos correctly

I loaded some video onto iTunes, after converting them in iSquint, and then added them onto my iPod.

However... they are not in the video menu on my iPod and I can't watch them?!? They are tagged correctly and iTunes puts them on my iPod in the library with all my music!! This is really anoying... any suggestions what I'm doing wrong??

Oh.... it only happens to some files too... some load just fine?
