iPod Shuffle and Audiobooks

Can anyone here tell me how well the Shuffle handles Audiobooks? I use my wifes iPod for audio books all the time through a Audible.com subscription. The iPod is fantastic for this.

Can anyone tell me how the Shuffle handles the following scenarios...

1. I have an audio book (2 files 80MB each) and a bunch of tunes. On my iPod when I listen to a book the iPod always remembers where I am when I stop. If I decide to listen to music and later go back to the book, no problem.

2. Same files as above but I decide to set the Shuffle to random play. Does the Shuffle ignore the audio books as random access to a book is stupid?

3. Same files as above. Can I force the Shuffle to keep the audiobooks in a specific order at the top of the playlist so that I can easily find them (no screen)?

4. Same files as above. i stop listening to my book and shut the shuffle off. If I turn the Shuffle back on and press play, does it start-up exactly where I left off or do I have to navigate to my book (hoping that item no. 1 above works)?

I either need a 40GB iPod for full purpose use with my entire library or a Shuffle since I don't really use my whole library on the road. Will the Shuffle be easily manageable in the above sceanarios? Can anyone take some time to check this out?
