Keep getting update for iPad in iTunes when already updated

So I have the latest iPad Mini, it is fully updated. Whenever I plug into my iMac to charge up pops a message from iTunes asking if I want to update to 10.1.1. It is already updated to that version. I checked on my iPad as well for updates and nothing shows.

What is going on here that it thinks my iPad needs to be updated? How do I stop it?

Well, at least you're not alone:

And nothing too informative with a google search:

Any change or improvement if you let them update or sync anything they think may be "new"???

Restart both, just in case???

I have done the restart thing and might just let it try and do the update and see what happens. Another fun little glitch from Apple.

Don't expect miracles if it's the same as the first ULR user experienced:

Out of curiosity I click Update, but nothing happens. I remember this happening several times before. Why would iTunes do this?
